Dated Guest Room Renovation

Old 90's-style game room needed extensive updating to turn the room into a livable 4th bedroom/guest room. The previous owners put fiber-woven grass-cloth wallpaper directly onto the drywall without proper prep and primer leading to all the drywall needing replacement. Laminate flooring was peeling up and the OSB subfloor was molded and fragile. After tearing up old subflooring and mold remediation, new subfloor, HardieBacker, and beautiful wood-look tile flooring were installed. Crown molding and decorative window and door casings have also been installed! Final pics of completed project to come soon!
